Bank of Osage City (BOO), a branch of Flint Hills Bank of Eskridge, was established in December of 1998 as a full service community bank. It is our desire to offer traditional banking services with extended hours, personal service and local lending decisions.

"Bank of Osage City is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program.Under that program, through December 31, 2009, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account.  Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules."  For purposes of the Transaction Account Guarantee Program, NOW accounts are not considered non-interest bearing.
